KNOW YOUR TOOLKIT
How ToolRino works
Your browser does the work. You choose what to keep.
From input to download
Choose a tool, enter your text or select a file, and use its controls to produce a result. Image tools draw the selected image into a browser canvas before exporting a new file. PDF tools read the selected documents and copy pages into a new PDF. Text utilities and calculators operate on the input in page memory.
Model-assisted tools download model or language files on first use and then run inference in the browser. This initial download can be large and slower on a mobile connection, but the selected image is not sent to the model host.
What “processed in your browser” means
The application has no file-upload endpoint for tool inputs. Your files are not sent to a ToolRino processing server. The browser still connects to our hosting provider to load the website, and Google Analytics measures site visits and interactions. These website requests are separate from file processing. Read the privacy policy for details.
Keep a copy of the original
Conversion creates a new result and does not overwrite the source file. Download the output before leaving or refreshing the page. Check image quality, PDF page order, and important text before sharing a result. Files in your Downloads folder are managed by your browser and operating system.
When a file will not open
Check the tool’s supported formats and size limits. An extension such as .pdf does not guarantee that a file is a readable PDF. Encrypted documents, damaged files, and animations can require a different application. Large files may exhaust a phone’s available memory even if they fit our size limit; try a smaller document or a device with more memory.
When a count or calculation differs
Tools use explicit rules explained on their pages. Word counts use whitespace boundaries, age calculations use calendar dates, and numerical results are rounded for display. Compare those rules with the requirements of your destination platform before relying on an exact limit.
How instructions are maintained
Tool instructions describe the features implemented in this version. Worked examples illustrate those features rather than promising identical file sizes for every input. Automated checks cover selected calculations and PDF operations. They do not establish that every possible file, model, or browser behaves identically.
