ToolRino is run by one person, so replies usually take one to three working days. Bug reports involving a tool that is not working get priority.

Report a problem

Include the tool name or page URL, your browser and device, what you tried, and any error message you saw. For file tools, the file format and approximate size can help us understand the issue. Please do not send passwords, private documents, or other sensitive information.

Request a new tool

Describe the task you need to complete, the file format involved, and the result you expect. Every request is reviewed within 24–48 hours. Development time depends on the tool's complexity, but useful requests may be added to ToolRino for everyone to use.

You can also suggest an improvement to an existing tool. Include the page link and explain what would make it more useful.

You can use the same email address for questions about your information. Read our privacy policy for details about browser processing, analytics, and contacting support.

Who you’re writing to

ToolRino is an independent project built and maintained by Aryan Raj, based in Bihar, India. There is no support team behind the address—messages come directly to me, and I read all of them.

If you prefer to use your email provider’s web form, send your message to the same address. There is no separate ticketing system.

Business and advertising

For advertising enquiries, partnership proposals, or questions about how ToolRino is funded, email support@toolrino.com with “Business” in the subject line.

ToolRino plans to display ads through Google AdSense to help cover hosting and development costs. Advertising is not currently enabled. Details about advertising cookies and the site’s current advertising status are set out in the privacy policy.

Copyright and legal

To report a copyright concern, trademark issue, or content you believe should not appear on the site, email support@toolrino.com with “Legal” in the subject line. Include the specific URL and a description of the issue.

ToolRino processes files inside your browser and does not host, store, or receive user files. Reports about file content will usually need to be directed to the service where that file is hosted.
